Ингредиенты

3 lbs. chuck roast, cubes or possibly stew meat 1 pkg. dry onion soup

2 cans Golden brown Mushroom soup 3/4 c. Vermouth

Инструкции

1. Mix all ingredients and put in covered casserole. Bake 300 degrees for 3 hrs. This makes its own gravy. (Do not let it get too dry.) Serves 6-8.
