Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/2 lbs. round steak
  • 1 egg, whipped
  • 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 1/2 pound Mozzarella cheese slices

Инструкции

  1. Trim fat and gristle off steak. Lb. to 1/4-inch thickness; cut into serving pcs. Dip meat in egg, then into mix of Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Brown in oil in large skillet on both sides. Lay in a 9 x 13-inch oblong dish.
