1 pound grnd beef 1/2 c. onion, minced 1/4 c. green pepper, minced 1 (15 ounce.) can tomato sauce 1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper 2 c. cottage cheese 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 4 ounce. noodles, cooked

Инструкции

1. Brown beef, onion and green pepper. Stir in tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Blend cottage cheese and cream cheese till fluffy. Spoon cooked noodles into buttered, 10 x 6 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish. Cover with cheese mix; pour meat sauce over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 min.
