Ингредиенты

1 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard 3/4 teaspoon grnd ginger 1/8 teaspoon grnd pepper 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr

6 tbsp. soy sauce 3 tbsp. lemon juice 3 tbsp. vegetable oil

Инструкции

1. Mix soy sauce, lemon juice and oil; add in this mix to seasonings. Mix well. Pour marinade over beef and allow meat to marinate in refrigerator for 4 hrs. This mix will marinate 2 pounds of beef; double or possibly triple recipe as needed.
