Ингредиенты

2 lbs. beef (cheap cut)
1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 env. dry onion soup mix
1/2 c. wine

Инструкции

Place beef in covered casserole dish so it lies flat or possibly place in roasting bag. If you like place some potatoes, peeled and halved and some peeled and halved carrots with meat. Mix last three ingredients and spoon over beef. Cover dish or possibly seal bag and cook for 2 hrs at 325 degrees.
