- 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
- SAUCE:
- 1/2 cup pear juice (reserve 2 tablespoons)
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
