Ингредиенты
- 1/2 pound steak
- 4 c. fluffy cooked rice, brown or possibly white
- 2 bunches green onion with bottoms
- 1/2 c. minced carrots
- 1/2 c. green peas
- 2 hard scrambled Large eggs
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce to taste
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
Инструкции
- 1. Cook rice 2 hrs before preparing dish.
- 2. Slice beef into thin bite-size pcs. Saute/fry with 1 Tbsp. oil and then set aside.
- 3. In wok add in remaining oil and heat. Add in rice and all remaining ingredients.
- 4. Toss ingredients in warm oil with wok spatula while adding soy sauce to taste.
- 5. If you like add in 3-4 drops of sesame oil on fried rice. Serves 6. May substitute other meats.
