Beef for curry

Ингредиенты

  • 800 g beef back
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2-3 teaspoons curry powder
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 200 g small mushrooms
  • 1 carrot
  • 500 ml beef broth
  • half teaspoon crushed cumin
  • 2-3 tablespoons of ketchup
  • salt, ground black pepper
  • oil

Инструкции

  1. Wash meat, pat dry with a kitchen paper towel and cut into large cubes. Peel the onions, cut into small pieces and let the oil from the saute. Add the meat and fry it on all sides. Then sprinkle paprika and flour, stir, pour lukewarm broth and stir well again, that did not do the flour lumps. Let boil.
  2.   The mass base stir in curry spice, cleaned and sliced ​​mushrooms in half and chopped carrots into slices. Season with salt and ground cumin and add ketchup.
  3.   Stir, cover with lid and cook for 50 minutes or until meat is not soft. Meal to add crushed garlic.
  4. Serve with basmati rice or jasmine rice.
