- Cut beef into 1 inch cubes.
- Season with salt and pepper and place in serving dishes.
- Heat oil in the fondue pot, then spear beef cubes with fondue fork, and cook till done.
- Serve with various sauces on the side.
- Serve also with pickles, ketchup, mustard.
- Suggested Sauces:BearnaiseTartarAndalouse (1 c. mayonnaise with 1 tsp. of paprika and 1 Tbsp. of tomato paste)
- Curry (mayonnaise and curry pwdr)
- Compliment meal with fresh green salad and fried potatoes.
