Ингредиенты

  • 2 lbs. skirt steak
  • 1/2 c. Italian dressing
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
  • 1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 c. brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/3 c. red wine or possibly 12 ounce. beer
  • 1 teaspoon fajita seasoning

Инструкции

  1. Mix all ingredients; marinate meat for 24 hrs. Cook over low fire on grill. (Grilled onions and bell peppers go well with this.)
