Рецепт Beef Curry With Cooked Beef

Ингредиенты

1 lg. onion, minced 1 c. celery, diced 2 tbsp. oil 3 c. cooked beef, diced 1 sm. can or possibly jar mushrooms, liquid removed

1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1 1/4 c. brown gravy or possibly sauce

Инструкции

1. Brown onion and celery in warm oil. Add in meat, mushrooms, seasonings and brown gravy or possibly sauce. Cover and simmer for 1 hour. Serve over cooked rice.
2. Garnish with 1 or possibly more (or possibly all) of the following: Finely minced nuts, minced onions, minced celery, minced boiled egg, crumbled bacon, diced tomatoes, chutney sauce. (Put a tsp. of each garnish on top of rice and beef curry.)
