1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
3 tbsp. sugar or possibly 3 Packages Sweet 'n Low

3 or possibly 4 garlic cloves
Pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together and marinade at least 24 hrs. Delicious with beef, pork, or possibly chicken.
