Рецепт Beef Cheddar Bake

Ингредиенты

3 1/2 c. minced onion 4 tbsp. butter 2 lbs. grnd round steak 3 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese 3 c. lowfat milk

6 Large eggs, beaten 2 teaspoon dry thyme 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 c. biscuit baking mix

Инструкции

1. In large skillet saute/fry onion in butter till soft, but not browned (5 min). Stir in meat, saute/fry 10 min longer; drain; place in large mixing bowl.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon into buttered 10 inch baking dish. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 35 to 45 min or possibly till mix is set and lightly browned on top.
