Ингредиенты

1.3 lbs of beef 1 onion 2 carrots (big)

10 fl oz of red wine 100 g of prunes

Инструкции

1. Peel and cut the carrots in rounds; chop the onion
2. Saute the onion in a little olive oil in a pressure cooker until translucent
3. Then add the beef and carrots and cook on high heat for 5 mins
4. Add the wine and prunes
5. Seal the pressure cookers and cook for an hour
