  • 3 pound beef stew meat
  • 3 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. red wine
  • 1 env. Lipton onion soup
  • 1 healthy pinch oregano
  • 2 cans mushrooms
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 T oil
  • Healthy pinch salt

Инструкции

  1. Brown stew meat. Put all ingredients in a casserole. Bake covered at 325 degrees for 3 hrs. Serve over rice and with popovers.
  2. Mix well and bake in greased muffin tins at 375 degrees for 45 min.
