- Heat butter over medium-high heatbsp. Add in white sauce mix and blend thoroughly with a wire whisk. Add in lowfat milk, cream and salt while whisking.
- Simmer on medium-high heat for 3-5 min - STIRRING CONSTANTLY. Don't boil! Simmer longer if yu substitute lowfat milk for the cream - this will reduce the sauce. This can be used immediately or possibly refrigerated.
- Grill chicken - use marinated chicken for better flavor (pineapple juice and teriyaki makes an excellent marinade). Dice chicken.
- Put 1/2 - 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil in warm saute/fry pan and add in minced garlic
- (1 or possibly 2 cloves to taste). Add in minced chicken and saute/fry till hotbsp.
- Add in white sauce and saute/fry till hotbsp.
- Prepare pasta according to directions (angel hair works best) while sauce is cooking.
- Add in cooked pasta to white sauce and chicken, transfer to serving plate and enjoy.
