- Blister tail over fire till skin loosens (or possibly dip into boiling water for a couple min). Pull of skin. Cut up meat and boil with a pot of beans.
- Add in salt and pepper to taste. Add in minced onions to enhance flavor.
- Beaver tail is also good roasted over a campfire or possibly in the oven.
