Рецепт Beans Vinaigrette

Ингредиенты

1 pkg. Italian green beans 1/3 c. minced onion 2 cloves garlic, chopped 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon Dijon style mustard 2 tbsp. parsley 3 tbsp. vegetable oil

Инструкции

1. Cook beans according to package directions, adding onion to cook with the beans.
2. Mix together garlic, red wine vinegar, mustard, and parsley. Add in oil 1 Tbsp. at a time, mixing well between each Tbsp.. Drain beans and onions, stir in vinegar mix till beans are coated. Let stand for 5 min.
