- In warm butter, in wok or possibly large skillet, saute/fry minced green onion over low heat, stirring occasionally, till golden brown and tender, about 3 min.
- Stir in bean sprouts. When heated thoroughly, add in soy sauce. Just before serving, sprinkle with minced parsley. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
