Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. dry beans
  • 2 quart. water
  • 1 c. minced celery
  • 2 c. minced onion
  • 1 c. minced carrots
  • 1/2 c. minced parsley
  • 1 tbsp. tomato paste
  • 1 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Инструкции

  1. Soak beans overnight. Rinse and cover with cool water. Let boil. Then simmer about 2-3 hrs, till tender. When nearly done, add in all remaining ingredients and let simmer for another 1/2 hour.
