1 (12 ounce.) pkg. frzn green peas 1 (15 ounce.) can black beans, rinsed & liquid removed 1 (16 ounce.) can pinto beans, rinsed & liquid removed 2 1/2 c. cooked rice, cooled (brown or possibly white) 1 c. minced celery

1/2 c. minced red onion 1/2 c. minced parsley, fresh or possibly dry 1 (4 ounce.) can green chili pepper, minced 1 bottle Italian dressing
