- 1 c. bean stock
- White navy beans (cooked & liquid removed)
- 1 stick butter
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon flour
- Vanilla flavor
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk

- Mix all ingredients. Place in pie. Bake in 375 degree oven for about 1 hour or possibly till a knife comes out clean.
