Ингредиенты

  • 2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 c. Green pepper, finely minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Onion, finely minced
  • 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Jalapeno pepper
  • 4 ounce Canned pink beans, mashed
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 5 x Black olives, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh cilantro, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

  1. In small skillet, heat oil over medium heat; add in green pepper, onion, garlic and jalapeno pepper (seeded and chopped), and saute/fry till vegies are softened, 1-2 minutes. Add in beans and cook, stirring frequently, till beans are thoroughly heated, 2-3 minutes. Transfer to small mixing bowl; add in remaining ingredients and mix well. Transfer to serving dish; cover with plastic wrap and chill till flavors are blended and mix is well chilled, at least 30 minutes. 97 calories/serving
