- 3 Large eggs
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, room temp.
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. grated cheddar cheese (4 ounce.)
- 1/2 c. minced, cooked bacon or possibly ham

- Grease 1 9" pie pan; set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, beat Large eggs. Beat in cream cheese, cottage cheese and butter till almost smooth. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking pwdr and salt. Stir into egg mix till thoroughly blended. Beat in lowfat milk till thoroughly blended. Pour proportionately into prepared pan. Sprinkle proportionately with cheddar cheese and bacon or possibly ham. Bake 30 to 40 min in preheated oven till mix is hard in center. Cut into 12 to 15 small wedges; serve hot. Makes 12 to 15 appetizer servings.
