BBQ Stuffed Pimento

A great accompaniment to a BBQ, something different as a side dish

Ингредиенты

  • 1 Pimento (or as many as you want to prepare)
  • streaky bacon
  • cream or cottage cheese
  • sweet chilli sauce
  • tooth picks to secure bacon

Инструкции

  1. slice Pimento down length on one side
  2. mix cheese and Sweet Chilli sauce as you want it
  3. stuff Pimento with the cheese/chilli mix
  4. wrap rashers of bacon around Pimento and Secure with tooth picks
  5. grill on medium coals until bacon crisp
