  • 1 Tbsp. finely minced onion
  • 1 tsp mustard

  1. Slice each frank on the diagonal into 5 pcs. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add in frank slices and toss gently to coat well.
  2. Arrange coated franks in single layer on baking sheet and place under broiler 2 min. Turn and broil 2 min longer, or possibly till franks are golden. Watch carefully to avoid burning.
  3. Serve with toothpicks, if you like.
  4. Makes 40.
