  • 8 x Oysters cleaned, popped open
  • 2 c. Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped ginger
  • 1 bn Scallions grilled

Инструкции

  1. Place oysters in shells on grill. Mix next 8 ingredients in a bowl. After 3 to 4 min, remove top shells of oysters and spoon on sauce. Let cook one minute. Garnish with grilled scallions.
