  • 1 tbs. chile powder
  • 2 tbs. Hungarian paprika
  • 1 tbs. cumin
  • 1 tbs. garlic powder
  • 1 tbs. dry sage
  • 1/2 tbs. onion powder
  • 2 tsp. each: salt, pepper, Colman's dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. dried thyme

  1. Combine ingredients. Will be enough rub for 2-3 chickens or 1 medium turkey.
