Ингредиенты

  • 2 pkt Gelatin, Unflavored
  • 1/2 c. ,Water, Cool
  • 9 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch
  • 2 x Large eggs, Large, Beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. Lowfat milk, Scalded
  • 1 c. Ice Cream, Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 c. Cream, Heavy, Whipped

Инструкции

  1. Sprinkle gelatin over cool water to soften. Heat to dissolve gelatin completely. Mix together sugar and cornstarch. Add in Large eggs; beat for 2 min. Slowly add in hot lowfat milk, beating constantly. Pour into a 1-qt saucepan. Cook over medium heat till custard coats a spoon. Add in gelatin and ice cream while custard is warm. Cold till slightly thickened. Add in vanilla.
  2. Mix in whipped cream. Pour into a 1-qt mold.
  3. Refrigeratetill set. Unmold carefully and serve with a garnish of fresh fruits.
