  1. One can shredded pineapple, and one c. sugar; let come to a boil; one-half box gelatine dissolved in a c. of hot water. When lowfat milk becomes hot, stir gelatine into pineapple, and add in one pint of whipped cream. Whip all together thoroughly, and set away in a cool place.
