Ингредиенты

14 x jumbo shrimp, butterflied
2 x Large eggs, beaten
4 Tbsp. flour

1/2 tsp Salt
1 dsh pepper oil for frying

Инструкции

Whisk ingredients together. If necessary, add in more flour to make batter less soupy. Coat shrimp with batter and fry.
