1 Tbsp. Pepper
1/2 tsp Red pepper

3 x Cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Pepper sauce to make paste

Инструкции

Combine ingredients using only sufficient pepper sauce to create thick paste.
Make small slits in meat and stuff with paste. Smoke meat 10 to 12 hrs.
