- Heat oven to 350. Using an oven-proof casserole which also can be used on a burner, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add in onion and rice.
- Saute/fry 5 min. Add in chicken broth and saffron. Bring to a boil, cover and place in the oven for 15 min.
- Remove from the oven and add in salt and pepper to taste. _____________________
