Ингредиенты

  • 2 tsp Yeast, bread machine type
  • 1 1/2 c. Bread flour
  • 1 1/2 c. Whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 c. Nonfat dry lowfat milk pwdr
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Vital Gluten
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 c. + 2 Tablespoons water

Инструкции

  1. Add in ingredients to machine in order suggested by manufacturer. Process on White bread cycle. Can do in timed baking cycle. Process on Light setting.
  2. NOTES : Makes a good sized loaf. Can add in 1/2 teaspoon dry herbs with the flour.
