1/2 tsp Salt 1 pch Black pepper 1/2 tsp Sugar

1/2 tsp Dijon mustard 2 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar 6 Tbsp. Oil of choice

1. Add in all ingredients to a shaker jar and shake very well just prior to use.
2. Variations: Lemon Vinaigrette: substitute lemon juice for vinegar Garlic
3. Vinaigrette: add in 1-2 cloves of chopped garlic to dressing Herb Vinaigrette: add in 1-2 Tbsp. of minced herbs Honey Vinaigrette: subsitute 1 tsp. of honey for the sugar Dijon Vinaigrette: add in 3 Tbsp. of additional Dijon mustard
