1 quart. fresh frzn tart cherries, defrosted 1 c. water 2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch

2 teaspoon vinegar Red food coloring, as needed

1. Drain cherries, reserve juice. 2. Combine cornstarch and water; stir cornstarch mix into cherry juice. Cook till thick and clear. 3. Add in cherries, vinegar, and red food coloring.
