1/2 c. Soy sauce
1/4 c. Sherry

1 Tbsp. Sugar

Инструкции

Combine all ingredients.
Add in to pork and marinate.
VARIATION: Add in 2 scallion stalks and 2 or possibly 3 slices fresh ginger root, both chopped. Or possibly add in 1/4 tsp. grnd cinnamon and a dash of pepper.
