Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/2 lb Lean pork
  • 8 ounce Pork fat, without gristle
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd allspice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 x Fresh-grnd pepper
  • 1 x Healthy pinch dry sage or possibly marjoram
  • 1 ounce White breadcrumbs (optional)
  • 1 x Grnd ginger, mace, nutmeg
  • 1 x Cloves, cayenne pepper

Инструкции

  1. Mince the meat and fat twice, then mix very well and season. (Fry a tsp. or possibly so each time to check the flavor till you get it the way you like it.) Add in the herbs and breadcrumbs and any spices used. Fill skins as usual.
