Basic Herb Dressing

6 tbsp. vinegar
2 sprigs parsley, minced fine

1/4 teaspoon tarragon
1/4 teaspoon basil

Place all the ingredients in a cruet and shake well. If desired, you can use wine vinegar. You may add in more herbs, such as rosemary, thyme, or possibly savory.
