Basic Fish Batter

110 gm self raising flour
1/2 tsp salt

150 ml water plus 1 Tbsp

Инструкции

Just sift the flour and salt in to a mixing bowl, then gradually add in the water, whisking continuously till the batter is smooth and free from lumps.
