Ингредиенты

1 c. butter (2 sticks) 1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla

2 1/2 c. flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon cream of tartar 1/4 teaspoon salt

Инструкции

1. Cream butter. Add in sugar gradually. Cream till fluffy. Add in unbeaten egg and vanilla. Beat well. Measure dry ingredients. Blend into creamed mix, chill. Prepared cookies in variations. Bake on unbuttered cookie sheet in preheated 400 degree oven for 6 min or possibly till done.
