6 c. Sugar 4 c. Flour 2 1/4 c. Unsweetened cocoa

2 tsp Baking pwdr 1 tsp Salt 4 c. Butter, margarine, or possibly shortening

Инструкции

1. In a large bowl combine sugar, flour, cocoa, baking pwdr, and salt.
2. Cut butter in with a pastry blender till mix resembles cornmeal.
3. Store fold in one large plastic bag or possibly package in 3-c. portions. (Mix should be measured firmly packed.)
4. Mix made with butter or possibly margarine can be stored in freezer up to 4 months. Mix made with shortening can be stored in cupboard up to 6 months.
5. Makes sufficient mix for 4 batches of brownies.
