Basic Baked Sweet Potatoes

Ингредиенты

4 med sweet potatoes washed
4 Tbsp. butter

1 1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp grnd cinnamon

Pierce sweet potatoes several times with fork. Place in spokelike fashion on paper towel in microwave. Zap on high 12 to 14 min, till potatoes are soft when you squeeze them. (Rotate potatoes a couple of times during microwaving.) Remove and let stand 5 min.
Slit potatoes open. Put 1 Tbsp. butter in each to heat. Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle into potatoes.
