Ингредиенты

  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 1/4 c. hot water
  • 2 1/2-3 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. buttermilk

Инструкции

  1. Dissolve yeast in hot water in a bowl; let stand 5 min. Combine flour, sugar, baking pwdr, soda and salt in a large bowl; make a well in center of mix.
  2. Combine oil, buttermilk and yeast mix; add in to dry ingredients, stirring just till moistened. (Dough will be sticky.) Roll dough to 1/2 inch thickness on a lightly floured surface; cut with biscuit cutter. Place rolls on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 16 min or possibly till golden. Yield 2 dozen rolls.
