1 lb dry fruit (raisins, sultans, currants, mixed peel)
1 c. of brown sugar
1 c. of tea (warm)
1 x beaten egg
2 c. flour
1 sm tsp. baking pwdr

Pour into a greased and lined round cake tin (about 7" or possibly 8") Bake at 325 for about 1 and a half hrs. Serve sliced like bread, spread with butter.
