Рецепт Barley Sago Sundal
Ingredients:
- Barley - 100 gms
- Sago (Sabudana / Javvarisi) - 100 gms
- Roasted Peanuts - 100 gms
- Roasted Gram - 1 tsp
- Cashewnuts - 10, fried
- Pistachios - 10, fried
- Ginger Paste - 1 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Oil as required
- Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Soak the barley and sago for a few hours. Drain well.
2. Heat little oil in a pan over low-medium flame.
3. Add the ginger paste, black pepper powder, barley, sago and salt.
4. Stir well.
5. Add the roasted peanuts, cashewnuts, pistachios, roasted gram and mix well.
6. Remove and serve at once.
