  • 1 bag barley (500 grams - 2 c.)
  • 2 lt Lowfat milk (1/2 gal - 4 C.) Rasins (375 grams about 1 c.)
  • 1 Tbsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg

Инструкции

  1. Cook barley, lowfat milk and raisins in slow cooker till done. Stir in rest.
  2. Serve warm or possibly cool for dessert or possibly breakfast.
