Ингредиенты

  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 2 lg. onions, minced
  • 1 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 c. barley
  • t c. seasoned stock
  • 1 c. yogurt or possibly buttermilk
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon dill weed

Инструкции

  1. Heat oil in heavy pot. Add in onion and saute/fry till golden brown. Add in mushrooms and barley and stir till barley is toasted and onion is brown. Add in stock. Cook till barley is done, about 45 min to an hour. Remove from heat, let cold a bit and add in the yogurt and dill. Serves three to five.
