- Mix together and cover all of meat. Sprinkle generously with Morton's Nature Seasoning, lemon pepper and 1 1/2 c. red wine.
- Pour water around meat till about 1/2 covered. Don't wash off seasonings. Turn and marinate once a day for 4 days. Smoke till juice barely runs when forked. GOOD---
