1 x Rattlesnake - (4 lbs) skinned, gutted, and cut into 6" pcs

1 bot Italian dressing (or possibly a mix of Worcestershire sauce and lemon pepper, or possibly lemon juice, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and margarine)
